Soul Blade is FREE for non-commercial users. Commercial users have to send one copy of their software to the author.
This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and and the author of this software package. (INSIDES, insides@freemail.org.mk). By installing or otherwise using this software you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not install or use this software.
You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of this software on your computer(s).
You may give this software package to your friends, burn it onto your own CD-ROM's (or other media) and upload it to Free/Shareware Listservers as long as the original package remains unmodified. This does not apply to custom compression/archival methods. Compressing it to a single archive file is OK. There are no restrictions concerning eventual copying fees of commercial distributors.
You may not disassemble or reverse engineer any part of this software. You may not rent or lease the software.
All rights in the Software (including any images or text incorporated into the Software) are owned by the author of this software. This Agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon termination to promptly destroy the Software Product together with all of its component parts, prior and replacement versions, and all copies and modifications thereof in any form.
The author of this software does not guarantee that this software is free from bugs or free from viruses.
The author will not make available Technical Support for this Software. The author may, from time to time, revise or update the Software. In so doing, the author incurs no obligation to furnish such revision or updates to you.
